Innovative Recruitment Industry Technology
Our team conducted extensive research into online timesheet systems with the aim of streamlining our processes and creating a convenient and user-friendly experience for our interims and clients. We partnered with ETZ, an innovative tech company widely regarded as leaders in the field of recruitment industry technology.
Timesheets on the Move
Our interims can log their weekly time from their mobile, tablet or desktop, which is then automatically forwarded to the client for approval. This system eradicates a lot of the issues caused by paper timesheets, including the need to chase managers for signatures, the inconvenience of scanning and emailing documents and the potential for human error. Interims and clients can submit and approve timesheets at the click of a button, whether they are in the office or on the move.
Detailed & Accurate
Each approved timesheet generates a client invoice with details of the project, the approver name and email, their I.P. address and the time and date that the document was approved. This automatic system ensures that there are no errors in the invoices and that the client can have complete confidence when processing these.
A Better User Experience
Native have adopted a number of online systems in order to digitize our back office and streamline our processes. Our aim is to ensure we are using the most dynamic and efficient technologies resulting in a better experience for our staff, interims and clients alike.
